Prototypes and small volumes are built by our experienced technicians by hand and machine, according to the product and parts involved.
We realize how important prototypes are and how frustrating it is to spend precious time debugging what turns out to be a build failure. We take special care to First Article QC to check the first off board is called ‘golden sample’ very meticulously and use this as a reference to generate and inspect more, if more than one is required.
All inspections are inspected by human eye and we may use our automatic optical inspection system if further assemblies are required. Our experienced Production Engineers review the design information and build process to help you to avoid potential problems after prototype release.
Standard or quick-turns lead time arrangements are available, depending on how quickly you require your product.

A&A Unity Technology can populate Surface Mount Technology PCBs for you, by hand or machine, from prototype to volume. Our fast and flexible Euro placer SMT machines have quick-change intelligent feeders to handle components from tiny components to large BGAs and fine pitch devices. We populate various PCB types and shapes and print solder paste with high accuracy and repeatability. We use high quality, high reliability Ovens to reflow the solder paste, together with a typical profiler for Lead Free solder to ensure accurate heating for your PCB assembly. Our assembly services are supported by experienced process engineers, technicians and the necessary equipment for product modification or repairs, including BGA replacement.
