This 'snapshot' of the current design can be used for a design review, or to proceed to the next step, which is a PCB design. Schematic design is integral to any electronic design. PCB layout is used to create electronic files for PCB fabrication. The schematic is imported along with design information, which allows placement and routing of all the electrical signals on a printed circuit board. The files generated by this process are used directly by the PCB manufacturing process to create PCB's. The physical design of printed circuit boards has far reaching product implications. It impacts cost, time to market, profits, performance, test, size, reliability, rework and overall manufacturability. Of all the steps involved in the product development process, physical design has the most impact. We have a wide variety of experience designing simple to complex multi-layer PCB's, our layout engineering is of the highest standard and is 100% manual routing in High Speed, RF, Analog Circuit, Mixed signals …etc. Our tools of choice for this part of the design process would be PADs layout.
